Molly Fredrickson-Leonard
If my parents instilled one value in me, it would be “make positive change.” It was this core value that led me to teaching and education over 9 years ago. Since then, I have made it my mission to both support struggling learners at every level and improve the quality of services throughout my organization. I believe both with students and teachers that we all do better when we all do better – a supportive, collaborative environment engenders successful teaching and learning.
Currently, I am working with bright students who require high levels of intervention in reading, writing, mathematics, and executive functioning. By creating and managing highly personalized education plans for each student and working collaboratively with a team of specialists, I have seen my students make significant progress. This past school year, 100% of my students met their growth targets in reading and 100% of my students made measurable growth in math on statewide assessments.
I look forward to connecting with you!

What Parents are Saying
Molly has been a lifeline for our daughter during her transition between the extreme support of a dyslexia focused school and a more traditional middle school. Our daughter has benefited from the support with her regular schoolwork including homework and test preparation as well as the supplementary activities that Molly creates to enforce the school lessons. Molly has made the time together efficient, effective, and captivating for our daughter. She has been accommodating with our family’s schedule and always communicative about our daughter’s progress. – Maggie C. Asheville, NC
My son struggles with dyslexia so we turned to Molly for her tutoring services. Not only was Molly easy to work with as a parent, but my son looked forward to his tutoring sessions each week. With her help, he didn’t suffer a summer slide– instead he made tremendous gains over the summer and is now on grade level for the first time ever. – Maegen W. Raleigh, NC
